1. What SnapTik is
SnapTik is a free web tool that lets you save publicly available TikTok content (videos, audio, and images) to your own device for personal use. By using the site you accept these terms. If you don't agree with them, the fix is simple: don't use the service.
2. Acceptable use
Use SnapTik only for content you have the right to save: your own videos, content you've been given permission to use, or public material you're keeping for personal, non-commercial purposes. Don't use the service to infringe copyright, harass anyone, redistribute content as your own, or automate bulk scraping.
3. Intellectual property
Every video, sound, and image you download remains the property of its creator and is subject to TikTok's own terms. SnapTik claims no ownership over any content that passes through the service and grants you no rights to it. Getting permission for anything beyond personal use is on you.
4. No warranties
The service is provided as is. We aim for it to work all day, every day, but we don't guarantee availability, speed, or that any particular video can be fetched. TikTok changes things on their side regularly, and sometimes that breaks downloads until we catch up.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnapTik is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including lost data, lost profits, or anything you do with the files you download.
6. Rate limits and abuse
We apply rate limits to keep the service fast for everyone. Attempts to bypass them, overload the service, or use it as a backend for another product may be blocked without notice.
7. Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. The version published on this page is the one that applies. Meaningful changes will be visible here, not buried in an email you'll never read.
