Reporting a problem
If a download failed, include three things: the TikTok link you pasted, the device and browser you were using, and roughly when it happened. Those details let us reproduce most issues on the first try instead of going back and forth.
Content removal requests
If you're a creator and you'd rather your public videos weren't downloadable here, or you believe content is being accessed in a way that infringes your rights, email us with the links in question and a short note explaining the situation. We take these seriously and respond promptly.
