Due to the ongoing never ending COVID-19 Pandemic, all of the bands European tourdates have now been placed for rescheduling in either 2021 or 2020 depending on the Pandemic developments.
New album release dates and details will be announced soon.

Due to covid 19 restrictions the bands touring activities have been majorly interrupted and most of the 2020 tourdates have now been rescheduled into 2021.

Meanwhile the band released brand new single Sex & Money worldwide on current record label Fastball Music Germany featuring ex Ritchie Blackmores Rainbow keyboardist Paul Morris.

It was released in August 2020 online by the label!
The single was released with the live track Somebody done it live in Herne Germany 🇩🇪 from the last tour in 2019 featuring Ian Paice on drums.

The brand new album is due for release this December 2020 (merchandise only) and worldwide early 2021.

As the Touring gets underway for the latter part of 2017, it has been a relatively successful summer for Purpendicular.
The Album ‘Venus to Volcanus reaching the Official German Metal Rock Charts peaking at number 20 and staying in the top 30 for 10 weeks was not expected by anyone, thanks to the fantastic work of new Record Label Fastball Music Germany.

On top of this the Purpendicular Management have announced a brand new Ian Paice Tour in no least than 5 different Countries for 2017/2018. The Band will again produce a top line up performing Tracks from Venus to Volcanus and Purple classics.

The Band have plans to promote the Album deep into 2018, before announcing plans for their third Album.

During the Summer the Band completed Shows with the legendary Europe, UFO, and Living Colour at City Rock Eindhoven and Leeuwarden Holland.< Please check the Bands Tour schedule for 2017/2018 and don’t miss it!. A Meet & Greet will be available after each live Show where the Album Venus to Volcanus can be purchased and singed by the Band.

Purpendiculars new Album Venus to Volcanus was released today Worldwide through Fastball Music Germany and distributed by Soulfood.
The Album has fared better in the media than its predecessor, this is the thing#1 (2015).

Purpendicular have completed the Recordings of their brand new Album titled Venus to Volcanus.

The Album features some very Special Guests includingIAN PAICE (DEEP PURPLE) and TONY CAREY (ex RAINBOW).

The Album will be released on FASTBALL MUSIC RECORDS Germany on the 14th of April 2017, and distributed Worldwide by SOULFOOD.

The Record was Engineered and produced by Herbert Bucher and co produced and Mastered by assistant Oli Klammt at KAY MASTERING STUDIOS.

At last the long awaited Electronic Press Kit has arrived filled with most of the Songs from Purpendiculars debut Album ‘tHis is the tHing#1′, Released in October 2015.

In this Fifteen Minute Documentary, the Band discusses making the Album, Touring and in general the Music Business.
There is Interviews with IAN PAICE (DEEP PURPLE) who discusses how Talented the Band are when Touring with them and also his performance in the Studio on the Track Somebody Done it.
Also Interviews with, Robby Thomas Walsh Vocalist, Malte Frederik Burkert Bass, Spanish Promoter Robert Mills and ex Purpendicular Guitarist Frank Panê.
